Kim Raff isn’t from anywhere. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and has lived in every time zone in the continental United States.
She studied photojournalism at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY and went on to intern at The Saginaw News (MI), The Flint Journal (MI), and the Deseret News (UT) before becoming a staff photographer at The News & Advance in Lynchburg, Va.
Currently she resides with her dog, Bug, in Salt Lake City, Utah where she works at The Salt Lake Tribune as a staff photographer.
When not taking pictures Kim enjoys horseshoes, skipping rocks, and a good game of Gin Rummy.
