Mushroom Church
The Divine Assembly, a post mormon mushroom church, is a community of folks who find spiritual awakening and healing through the use of psilocybin psychedelics.
I was invited to a gathering of two dozen folks on the dry lake bed of the Great Salt Lake near Saltair where some ingested a lemon mushroom “tea” of sorts and participated in a sound bath and breath work as it’s effects kicked in.
